Support not available for Team account

We paid for a team account hoping to get some support, but the support login page doesn’t seem to know we exist.

Now can we resolve this?

Hi @georgep, we are still working on integrating the upgrade plans and Onboard to support Help Desk. Can you please email support@fauna.com with your organization name and list of email addresses that you want give access to your organization and one of us will take care of it right away.
