[Function] Optional data field

Fauna Resources like Token, Database, etc. have an optional data field to store metadata. Having the same for Function to have a consistent experience and embrace flexibility would be great.

Use Case:
We’re creating a Rule Engine (No-code editor to create Conditions as Functions) and want to store human-readable information in the data object. Also, we would like to reference Collection document, where this condition belongs to (Relates to this feature Request).

You can add meta data to functions today in v10.
